I QSO with you on 28495kHz on Nov. 7th. You were calling "CQ" at about 0915Z. I called you on that frequency as soon as I can and got your reply. You said "Quebec Yankee Zanzibal?" at that time. I repeated my callsign. Finally, you got my complete callsign. Was that an illusion? I do want to know the truth!

It took eight days of trying but I got in the logbook on November 13th! The CW ops on 20m and 40m were great. I was surprised at how good the 40m propagation was to N.California.

We had NO problems at all working you fortunately, but it did take us awhile to be actually able to hear you due to propagation conditions here on the West Coast in the SF Bay Area, which usually are lousy anyway!!! After having no chance to work 3XY7C in CW on Nov02,2002 I was lucky to get the station for a new one in a short 5 minutes opening with 53 max signals here in JO30JP, Thanks guys for a new one. Super signal on 3505.6 EXCEPT for some sort of broadband QRM covering abt 4 kHz. I recommend a pilot station to give advice on suitable frequencies on low bands. a QSY to 3504 would have been a great improvement. EXcellent CW operators on all bands !
